Interesting comments from former employees. It seems like it is only going to get harder for Google from here on out.It makes Shoemoney's article about Matt Cutts possibly leaving Google seem more relevant also.

This is true, and I love ShoeMoney's post because it really identifies the most important aspect of Google - their employees. People talk about how Google is 'doing evil' now but fail to realize that they will continue to succeed so long as they can keep their workers passionate.
