"Has anyone ever laid out a clear criteria for what could be considered a victory in Iraq? "Having the country be able to govern and protect itself, while it's citizens sleep safely at night. Or just creating an atmosphere where walking into the local open-air market to buy some fruit isn't like playing a game of russian roulette.
