gizmodo.com — Despite looking forward to the iPod Touch/iPhone integration of the Nike+ running dongle for over a year now, we can't help but feel slightly disappointed at the way this app is executed on the latest iPod Touch.

Just the shoe module, unfortunately. It would've been highly advertised if it included heart rate monitor functionality.

I am not a troll... Sure, I used the word 'beta' a bit liberally, but the point stands.Would you buy a car if the dealer told you that they'll have it running in a few months?Of course not.Finish the software and make it work the way it should before you sell it to people. Nobody should buy software because it promises features that haven't been included yet, because half the time, those promises will never make it there if the developer has no incentive to improve things. And what does this have to do with firmware? Surely the dongle does everything it will ever need to do now (record data and output it) - and we're talking about the iPhone app (software) anyway. Your goofy reference to firmware makes me wonder if you even know what you're talking about.
