Actually, it's just Satan at work. Evolution (being the lie that it is) is not what they're seeing, it's just doubt planted by the devil! And the cancer? That's just sin, manifested.At least that's what I learned at the Creation Museum. I was sad when grandma died of cancer, but now I know it was sins she had not repented.
