republicansforobama.org — RepublicansforObama.org is an organization founded by proud party members who all share one important trait? we are Americans first and Republicans second. (Even if it is a close second.) Collectively, we have campaigned, worked for, and voted Republican all our lives, but recognize that our Country needs a new kind of leader at this time.

Way to go guys! I hope that your spirit of reaching across party lines in search of the most competent candidate spreads not only among your traditional party, but those of us who normally vote Donkey. People such as yourselves, those capable of seeing what is in the best interests of "We the People...", regardless of declared party affiliation, will hopefully take over this election cycle and loudly declare that enough is enough with the tired politics of division and search for ways to make our union more perfect for ALL of us. Hear! Hear! Republicans For Obama!!

What a waste of the 10$ domain name registration fee...Tying osoma obama to the repubs is the LAST thing he wants!

You would vote for someone else because it will actually affect the elections. Some would think of it as giving in to the current election system, but it's still true that any time/money that goes to Ron Paul at this point is being thrown away.

OK, what about arresting people who don't pay taxes? They have not done anything to deserve being killed.

it's not rigged man... It's setup in a way where the person who conducts the polls can skew the numbers and get the outcome they want, so people like yourself believe everything you hear/read. Now do yourself a favor and instead of eating every piece of s**t that comes from Bill O'Really's ass, read beyond the BOLD words.... Hell the person/group who conducts the poll will even tell you how it's conducted if you would f**king read. God damn, it amazes me how ignorant the world is.

I'm a Republican, and I am supporting Obama. For the first time in my life I've donated money, and I donated a LOT (for me) to Obama. I keep meeting other Republicans that at least passively support Obama, and I've met quite a few Republicans who have changed party affiliations this year, but who culturally I (or they) would be hard-pressed to call Democrats. The reason I am supporting him is, first of all, I was never a Bush supporter. The Republican party is big and diverse and my vision of the country has always diverged from him and his supporters. On many policy issues I diverge significantly from Obama as well, but in terms of the type of country I want this to be socially, and the type of leader I want running the country, we are largely in line. I want an intelligent and rational president, and one who is concerned about the welfare of ALL Americans. I want someone who is not beholden to special interests and is a uniter and not a divider. I want a president that we don't have to be embarassed of as a representative of our country. I WANT MY COUNTRY OUT OF IRAQ AND I WILL NOT SUPPORT ANY CANDIDATE WHO WANTS TO KEEP US THERE.Obama really does represent hope to me.I am a Republican, and I am for Obama.

I have been a republican since Reagan was president. [I was young but still remember]The Republicans have been overtaken by the hawks, the liars, and the torturers... Even though I hold conservative values both social and economic I can no longer justify my support for a party that has so completely lost it's way. I am from the midwest, white, Christian, educated, and even own my own business (token Republican)... I am a registered Republican who voted for Bush twice... [have mercy] but after 8 years i can see that the Republicans have become sinical, depressed, fearful, and hopeless. After hearing Obama's "Yes We Can" speech my mind is made up. With no one in the Republican camp I believe in... Obama is my last and only HOPE. The best way I can change the Republican party now is to abandon them like so many other God fearing Americans should consider as well.

I am an independent, woman, educated (engineer) and in the military. When it comes down to it I must fallow my Commander-in-Chief, wether Democrat or Republican, therefore I like to vote on issues and not party lines. In this election I will support OBAMA. I support timelines for withdrawal from Iraq, I support a more efficient tactic to deal with Afghanistan, and I support our veterans to be treated with dignity and respect once back in the United States. I also support the things regular Americans support (or should) such as a better public education (we as a nation should be leading not lacking, we have the resources), an efficient foreign policy, a laid out economic strategy, and yes, even social programs (as long as they are well administered and with a goal for success, not failure). I want a president that understands and supports the constitution of the United States of America, and I believe that candidate is definitely OBAMA. I am also sadden that McCain would choose someone like Palin for VP, who has zero foreign policy, and lacks the education and experience required to lead this country.
