I thought in Colorado there was random inspections, by a third party, that would check the paper recites to the results the computer printed out. Which machines to be checked are determined at random just before the inspection. I feel if something was going on in these elections we would know about it, or they have just been lucky rigging the right machines.But it seems like they don't have that type of system in Ohio, judging from that programmers testimony. Why else wouldn't you do it?
