What is misleading is that the article you link to doesn't have any real information about what happened. Next time find an article with more than 4 sentences or don't bother posting!

It's horrible to do, but when I read things like this, I can't help but think how gullible the people who fall for this are.

Marked as innacurate because I am a neocon. ^^No, I maked it as innacurate because it says that he DID do something and the article says they SUSPECT he did something. Kind of like that whole innocent until proven guilty thing we have going. Feel free to throw away that right if you want to.

"The letter told them not to vote if they were illegal aliens."OR IMMIGRANTS.The letter states that it you may be jailed if you try to vote if you are an immigrant. Not an "illegal immigrant."Read it again."The ONLY reason you would care is if you were worried that you or your friends couldn't vote illegally now..."This is why you should care:1. If you have a problem with a congressional candidate sending letters with false information on forged letterhead2. If you have a problem with a congressional candidate wrongly telling people that they cannot vote if they are an immigrant3. If you have a problem with a congressional candidate wrongly telling people that anti-immigration groups can access votor records4. If you have a problem with a congressional candidate wrongly telling people that "unlike in Mexico, here there is no benefit to voting."If you're saying something to the effect of "well, who CARES if a Republican candidate sends a letter with a bunch of outright lies to registered Democrat voters in an attempt to scare them away from going to vote?"... think of it this way: would you be upset if a Democrat did the same thing to Republican candidates? If so, then perhaps you can understand why this is an issue.

They are NOT leaders. Please. It makes me cringe when I read that.Leaders are people you voluntarily chose to follow. Politicians are people who have power over others.
