youtube.com — A KDKA News interview with Congressman Tim Murphy (R-PA) aired today, November 2nd, with hilariously funny (and incriminating) behavior from the incumbent. In the interview, Congressman Murphy snatches evidence from the KDKA reporter and refuses to give it back. Someone needs to tell the Congressman about copy machines.

lol if that all it was, it probably wouldnt have even made digg.. if that is all the guy did, then he is practically a saint amoung congressmen. The reason it is on digg because the guy had the very very very bad idea to take away the papers from the reporter.. he could have called them fke and not had as much trouble. But to be caught ON TV, taking those papers, well that will make digg for sure.I am quite sure most break the same...I would even bet as high as 80%-90% of them probably do the same thing. Except most wouldnt be so stupid th challenge the media like that.

Perhaps the reason why universities are full of liberal professors is that liberals tend to agree with scientists on issues like global warming and evolution. There is no debate about global warming in the scientific community. The faux debate is manufactured by the right-wing, corporate media."Policy-makers and the media, particularly in the United States, frequently assert that climate science is highly uncertain... Such statements suggest that there might be substantive disagreement in the scientific community about the reality of anthropogenic climate change. This is not the case."<a class="user" href="http://www.sciencemag.org/cgi/content/full/306/5702/1686">http://www.sciencemag.org/cgi/content/full/306/5702/1686</a>

Relax... I'm certain that by the time Fox gets around to running the footage, he'll be misidentified as a Democrat.

I'll wager a crispy dollar that every politician elected since this law went into effect has broken the law.

@bse5150Since when can you get out of trouble by saying "some other guy did something bad once, too?"You could play that game forever - why not take it all the way back to the original political scandal, which, sorry to say, was also a Republican: <a class="user" href="http://digg.com/politics/Republican_Vice_President_shoots_politician_in_a_duel">http://digg.com/politics/Republican_Vice_President_shoots_politician_in_a_duel</a>

Breaking the Hatch Act. Oh my!Well, at least Murphy confirmed on video tape that the papers were genuine and his. Smooth move. Score one for the prosecution... and the voters. Adios Murph!
