As Councilor to the President, Rove has continuously refused to testify before Congress which I believe is a well established principle. Many Presidents have turned over the Justice Department for political reasons, those individuals serve at the pleasure of the President. At least the people who left the Justice Department under Bush were not forced to defend themselves in court and thus expend a career's worth of savings like under the Clinton Administration. In November you get to state your political desires at the ballot box. I suggest that you put all your assets in trust otherwise they will disappear with BHO in charge.
