What's the big deal had Ellison actually demanded that Tancredo follow the law? There is no smoking in the building...that ummm WE OWN. Tancredo is just using the space while he works for US. Why do we forget that THEY work for US !?!? Do you let your employees smoke in your office space? Esp. cigars !?!?!?
