i think we should legalize weed, but to an extent. because seriously, if weed was legalized, I know that i would be baked like 24/7 for like the first couple of weeks. And I'm sure a whole s**t-ton of people will follow suit, and a large portion of our nation will be 'celebrating' for a while. Then afterwards the true users and abusers of drugs will show their faces. We need to learn how to use drugs, not abuse them. There are a lot of drug abusers out there, and THAT is what we need to prevent. I know one of my friends that smokes weed at least 10 times a day. He had a 4.0 gpa. But then i know anoother freind that smokes weed and fails at life. We cant have more of those people. /rant.
a rant, but not a biased one. I see the same thing for myself, and some of those around me. But, we can't really drink in public, should we be able to smoke in public? Same goes for work...I can drink on Fridays...but can I not smoke all the other days? Like you said, smoke ten times a day, and get a 4.0 gpa....it can happen. But, the other side of the obvious does as well. It's not so much stopping it from happening...It's letting it happen and not stopping them from recovering.
Wait until you see what meth addiction does to your brother or sister, and you'll change your mind. There are highly addictive drugs that are legal. Nicotine, caffieine. Both will f**k you up and really f**k with your system. Both are highly toxic poisons. Don't believe me? Drink half a liter of Walmart's Dr. Thunder and see what that does to you, and tell me that garbage shouldn't be outlawed to be sold as a 'food'.I'm not for putting in people for using drugs. But I'm all for putting people in prison for selling drugs. This goes for big corporations as well as the neighborhood punk street dealer. Why? You should be free to sell anything you want. Sure. But not when you're selling it not disclosing what the chemical does to you in full. There are no warning labels on a can of soft drink, nor is there on a bag of crack. Both should be outlawed to be sold without a full disclosure included of whats in them, what the chemicals do to you, and what the adverse health affects are.
i'm sure you'll be dugg down for your tone, but you are wise and have valid point>Both should be outlawed to be sold without a full disclosure included of whats in them, what the chemicals do to you, and what the adverse health affects are.
