Nothing like obfuscated news to help start your day off right. I had to read this at least 3 times to make sure I had right who was who in this tangled web.
Well, the take away for the rest of us is to be careful who you fall in love with and marry. If, Hans did not kill Nina and he is convicted, just imagine all the suffering that woman brought him. I would imagine that Sturgeon would never confess to Nina's murder just to see Hans suffer. He likely jerks off over the thought of pain he is bringing to his enemy. Nina sounds like she was pretty stupid to get involved with that assh**e. It is sad that now the cops are trusting the serial murderer in order for the DA to continue the case. I will admit that the estranged husband is a hot target, but DO NOT IGNORE THE SERIAL KILLER! Damn!
The unpleasant thing is, a number of times Hans Reiser has had things go against him in the past lately, this Sturgeon person has been involved - not just as a witness in this trial. Most notably, threats were alleged to have been made against Hans, and his children, and his mother by this Sturgeon character, there was alleged to have been some sort of sexual affair going on with his wife and blackmail by Sturgeon over the company accounts, and that he was bent on manipulating Reiser and showing him he was a "better man" (a response from a psycho to Hans' arrogant streak, maybe?)Now all of these things were brought up before Nina Reiser went missing, AHans was not given the benefit of the doubt - there's been a character assassination of Reiser which has included Sturgeon calling him "irrational" for making these accusations of malicious intent against him - basically Hans has been painted as a nutcase for saying the guy was twisted and criminal. Now Sturgeon turns out to have murdered EIGHT people (at least eight people, and he says he tried for nine).I'm beginning to think that if Sturgeon's half the scumbag he appears to be, Reiser's accusations from the past should be looked at again.
Well if it now turns out that that *half* the stuff said about Sturgeon's malicious grudge against Reiser is true, well it seems possible someone that bad on a vendetta would do anything to cause pain and suffering.

She would be considered Open Spouse which is not the same as Free Spouse or Proprietary Spouse.

This is probably the sexiest thing to happen to Linux since it's conception.
