I can honestly say I haven't seen any signs stating that in either of my local Regal cinemas.

I live in UK, they have adverts on before movies start about coping but I also worked at a few cinemas as well and anytime we caught anyone they police didnt seem interested and just gave the person a caution.Im glad regal cinemas arent in UK then again UK has Showcase cinemas probably our version of regal.
