blog.wired.com — "What I heard was that other journalists didn't have nearly as easy a time acclimating themselves to this sword-swinging, guns-blazing Wii launch title. I was playing what was 'basically' the final build of the game, and I kept asking the Ubisoft representatives in the room: this is way different from the other versions you've shown, right?"

If the story pisses you off so much why don't you just ignore it?

if the game system is about 250 bux or so, and the game is 60 or less, then it sounds like a winner to me! Still come out cheaper than buying a 360 and 1 game.

You know, this isn't the ONLY positive article about Red Steel. Here's another:<a class="user" href="http://www.computerandvideogames.com/article.php?id=147543">http://www.computerandvideogames.com/article.php?id=147543</a>I actually posted it on digg over a week ago. It was my first submital...but it still only has 8 diggs :( Anyway, this article and the one I found (plus the fact that I personally think it will be good) have pretty much sold me on getting Red Steel at launch. P.S.: Proud to be a Nintendo fanboyMy launch day triumvirate: Twilight Princess, Trauma Center, and Red Steel

"Don't be naive every developer has to compromise. That's true for Any platform."He's not talking from a code perspective, he's talking about compromising on the overall IDEA and CONCEPT.

For those of us who actually played die by the sword, you would know there was an alternate control setting to use your mouse as fluent movements and it was much more difficult to play that way.I miss that game. Also I found this article interesting as well, I think that I was a little sad panda when it wasn't verbatim movements... alas it is a launch title and we're bound to see improvements over the next couple years.
