azcentral.com— This Arizona Real estate agent has someone squatting on his cybername, but can't do anything to get him off of it!

Preston Westmoreland doesn't sound like a common name, but somehow the cybername has already been purchased. They should have some way to fix this if it isn't being used for anything.
A lot of people snatch up domains in bulk with "plans" to develop them later. Not necessarily cybersquatting, more like undeveloped lots. Personally, I think it's a practice that really needs to stop. Either develop the domains or redirect them to a valid website (not those craptastic "parking" sites with a crapload of useless links and ads.)Yes, I admit I own a few undeveloped domains, that for one reason or another are sitting idle. But I don't "grab" domains that would otherwise be useless to me. As much as I'm tempted to make a quick buck.
Something like this would be more frustrating than anything, Lukic probably was picked on as a kid by this guy and wanted a little cyber revenge. I wonder if they started to do libel on the site if they could get it shut down a little faster, or if he would still have to wait just as long.
