glowfoto.com— I stumbled upon this photo tonight -- I have no idea if its real or a photoshop. Its some sort of giant undersea creature. Giant jellyfish maybe? If it is real, WOW!

I think if you looked at the variety of jellyfish out there you would be surprised to see that many species, but not all, have tentacles that are short in relation to the size of their bell.

Sorry the second link should be this : http://www.cnn.com/2003/US/West/05/07/giant.jellyfish.ap/I was googling around and pasted the wrong link. What the CNN link says is that such giant jellyfish exist deep inside a sea/ocean - not someplace a diver could dive in without special gear to handle the pressure.

the tentacles would be longer if it were real.

Fake, but I wouldn't be surprised if something as big as that existed in the depths of the oceans.

They just pasted the diver on to give a false sense of scale. There are giant jellyfish, they don't look like that though.
