latimesblogs.latimes.com — After being denied access to the stage at the Ripple Effect festival, a day-long event held today on the MN State Capitol's Upper Mall to promote non-partisan progressive politics in the shadow of the Republican convention, Rage picked up a megaphone and sorta said f-it, we're doing it live. Rage was supposed to be the surprise closer of the fest.

I completely agree with you regarding some of their fans but you do realize they broke up in "IN THE YEAR 2000" (Conan reference) and just recently got back together to play some shows starting with the last Coachella Festival. Wednesday's show in MPLS will probably be their last show for a while as Zack has another tour about to start up with his new band One Day As A Lion.which sounds damn promising...http://www.onedayasalion.org/FYI.
