engadget.com— Details are a bit light on this one, but thanks to a tipster and some chatter we picked up on the interblogs, it looks like Radio Shack may be about to undergo a pretty noticeable rebranding.

@aelias: Yeah, "rare" and "obscure" parts like 110V power plugs and IEC connectors, which you didn't have when I last darkened your door.Newsflash: If I have to order simple, common parts online, I might as well order that 2 GB SD card online, too.
Totally agree with this..I am an ex manager, been gone for about a month. They started talking about this a few months ago. It will not work. The problem with Radio Shack is, Corp, RM and DMs. When they fix that then maybe they will be able to save the company. When you take sexual harassment to your DM and to HR and they get rid of you instead of the person that did the sexual harassment, there is something wrong with that. The guy that did the sexual harassment is still there. They are a poorly run company. They do not care about there employees that are making them the money. I was a top seller and a top manager in my distract and region. I was up against Houston stores. The store that I managed is in a town with only 5000 people. They mark up there product so high that is unreal. On batteries they pay .40 cents for them and then turn around and sale them close to $5.00. Then they may last a month or less. I could sit here and go on and on about Radio Shacks shade bussiness, but I will not. They are worried about making $$$$ on wireless and service plans that they do not want to cover half the time. If I was yall I would not step foot back in radio shack. I know I will not.
