It's not illegal to be in a hate group either, the government doesn't dictate that. But it's a flag -- these are people who think in the extreme. Keep an eye out.
Notice how defenders is in quotation marks? I think that is referencing people like Timothy McVeigh who are "Super Patriots", which is also listed. As for the people who quote the Constitution, that is pretty f**ked up.This is also pretty old and I would assume has been revised to done away with.
