RIGHT NOW! I am considering starting a streaming service and doing absolutely nothing at all. Bring it on.But this is still good news.

I think this is a case of "ask for more than you deserve, get exactly what you wanted". But it's still a win for all of us. Is it fair, though? Should a free streaming service have to pay the same percentage as a service that serves ONLY paying subscribers? (satellite radio)

I checked and my Congressman Tim Ryan is a co-sponsor!! Thanked him for it, as he beat me to the punch and I didn't get to actually bug him about it!!
