Let's see: (1) lose all federal funding, or (2) lose all of your students who can't afford to go to college and all your professors who depend on federal funding for research. Option 2 can be known as the collapse of universities in the USA.

Peer to Peer networks suck nowadays. Lots of viruses, traffic wastes and other problems... I'd perfer to use resources like <a class="user" href="http://www.mp3monsters.org/">http://www.mp3monsters.org/</a> for music downloading. Cheers.
