I would have love to do jury duty just for the case.... Because I'll be one the juror saying $700? hell no. I won't agree to that... Maybe $1 dollar per song if not. yah can hang me get new juror or mistrial...
Their 20-year marketing campaign has convinced millions of people that it is normal to own media and its distribution channels. Evil Lawyers don't need much to convince them to be evil, but when you have a substantial portion of the population that is not only Ok with media monopolies, but actively defends them as American institutions... well I probably shouldn't even need to say that the real battle is for hearts and minds of people who should be more free than they are.
