arstechnica.com — As the House Committee on Energy and Commerce considers the Internet Freedom Preservation Act, testimony from the interested parties reveals that opinions on 'Net neutrality may tell us more about those doing the testifying than what a neutral 'Net entails. For the ISPs, at least, it appears that neutrality is a threat to their ability to innovate

because then there's no room for another ISP to come to the market advertising "unrestricted downloads!" or "no throttling!". Also, if you reduce a profit incentive: ISPs charging websites for faster service, you also reduce the incentive to innovate ways to provide faster service overall. Just wait, allowing them to regulate ISPs is going to open the door for taxing and all kinds of unforeseen consequences. They are already trying to find ways to tax 2nd Life and other games, this is just giving them the in they need.

No. seeing as I don't even live in the US, and I despise the US-Gov, and I am always looking for things to blame it for, and I choose not to call it an inside job for many reasons:1: it's very disrespectful to those who died in the towers.2: most conspiracy propaganda makes no sense.3: the the us-gov wouldn't be smart enough to pull that off and get away with it like you think they did.Now Stfu.
