Do you have other information about killervibe, or are you, like the RIAA assuming that everyone who isn't buying music MUST be pirating it?Personally, I don't pirate music. I buy music, but I buy it from independent artists who aren't affiliated with an RIAA label. One nice thing about this is the music is better than most the detritus pumped out by RIAA member labels anyway.

It's not about the money. It's about a fear campaign. They aren't making money off of these lawsuits they're trying to scare people into not file sharing anymore.This story is making so many headlines because we're approaching the point where the RIAA loses the 'fear factor' so to speak. The only thing that stops people from fighting back in the face of the weak evidence the RIAA presents is the lawyers fee's, and if no one has to pay them, then no one will be afraid anymore.

These clown screwup and they don't want to paid for defendent attorney fee? Unbelievable........They're lucky defendent didn't sue them for 10 million dollar for emotional stress. That is what would have done if they mess with me.
