This Nov, find a 3rd party or an independent that supports Americans and not lobbyists. VOTE FOR THEM! Show Democrats and Republicans that they should represent us, not lobbyists. If politicians want fancy stuff, they should work and save for it like the rest of us.

anybody got a myspace.com account or anything similiar? We need to get this out there as much as possible, get as many people as possible to see it, otherwise writing to congressmen/women is all well and good, but if there is no threat to their jobs, ie-the voting public is unaware of this, then we will get the same crappy representation we have now cause nobody is going to know about it or care about it. Let's face it, this isn't exactly a mainstream issue here like abortion rights or the war in Iraq

I feel for you my poor brother Americans! The US gov't is selling the very soul and freedoms of the US citizens tocorporate America. US Gov't likes money, and the big US cartels, er, Imean corporations have tons of it. So basically they OWN government....By the people, For the People... BULLs**t! The government is slowlybecoming the "employer" and the citizens are becoming the "employees"... And the employees don't have a union to back/protect them. The founding fathers must be turning in their graves.I wonder how long before the US government makes it illegal to:- own a computer because it can be used as a tool to hack/reverse engineer,or circumvent protections.- to own a recordable device, since it facilitates copyright infringements.- purchase blank media, since it can store illegally obtained material.- (make it illegal to) go public about any DRM schemes, even if it directlyresults in loss of life, profits, or causes wide-spread computer harm.(like the Sony XCP debacle)And I love how "everything on earth" that the US government does is all in thename of combatting terrorism. Can any republican politician ever say a singlesentence without saying the word terrorism? I can't wait to hear the presidentialcampaing... I'm gonna count the times I hear the word terrorist/terrorism.I'll bet it'll be in the 1000's.
