I guess the legislators in Quebec are far more ignorant that previously known. Don't they know that they will gain beachfront if global warming is real? The fact that there are no computer models which use data from all volcanic eruptions and show global warming should cause them to pause and wonder why the global warming crowd thinks taxes will control volcanoes.
