Some of the comments are confusing me, ive been a beta tester for awhile, my comments -It pretty much is Quake3, just tweaked a bit, new maps, movement is like a mix of OSP and CPMA.Its mostly about the whole combined into one place setup they got. Configs/Stats/friends/comps/quake tv etc ALL IN ONE PLACE, no dodgy third party gaming sites trying to take up some control etc.The other thing is Paid Advertising, this is what is going to power the whole thing. So yes, coke ads on the billboards in game etc.I really do think this is the future of competitve gaming, as there is money avenues available via sponsoring and advertising and all controlled by one entity.

I like the grapichs look in quake live, don't know if this will make me stay with Quake live or go for a comeback in quake 3
