This seems like a giant leap forward for the treatment of Alzheimer's. It's a horrible degenerative condition as anyone who has seen a relative go through it can attest. I watched my grandfather go from being a brilliant GE engineer to spending the last 4 years of his life as a potato who's sole sign of intelligence was that if you grabbed his arm and tried to wrestle, he would wrestle back. In the end, it was so painful to see him I was almost releaved when he finally passed away. Hopefully this treatment will soon be able to end stories like mine and save people's loved ones from a fate worse than death.
