Totally agree with WickedDrag0oN. This is the biggest waste of time, effort and resources. How about they start with finding them jobs and then work on the "extras"...!? Fact is, most homeless don't want to work!

If homeless people wanted to be in contact with their family they would use a pay phone and call collect. On another note if the person was still in contact with their family then why the hell would they be out on the street. Most homeless people dont have family they can turn to, meaning they dont have anybody to call or keep in contact with. As for the job contact stuff, maybe. However dont forget that the work help programs are built with the fact that homeless dont have any phone contact info. I dont expect a homeless person is going to walk into an Albertsons and apply for a job right off the bat it just doesnt happen. They would go to a help center and be given work based on their qualifications at the time. So again I dont see the need.Great idea, but the practicality isnt very good.
