I agree, the Grandstream GXP-2000 has had its issues. However, the latest firmware has fixed a huge amount of issues. Anyway, for £60 a shot, compared to £120 or so for comparable SNOM ones, we can't complain too much!

We've been doing Asterisk systems for a little over three years. Most customers earn back the cost of phones in less than four months, then it's just free money. But believe it or not, some Dilbert companies find it acceptable to waste expense budget money but don't have any capital equipment budget. For those idiots I just raise the monthly rates and give them "free" phones.
