wiigoterrors.com — You?d be crazy to think that Nintendo would consider lowering the Wii price. Lets think about it from a Nintendo business point of view. More people are buying Wiis then Nintendo can possibly supply (Unless you think that they might be creating an artificial demand by purposely not producing enough)

That's what they're doing in Japan. Wii sports is sold as a separate $50 game.

Nintendo can't keep up with demand and the biggest game of the year, Super Mario Galaxy, is being released in about 2 weeks. Of course there won't be a price cut.

People shouldn't complain about the $250 price tag, it is already way below price of the other consoles, even if the technology in the Wii doesn't cost as much to produce they could most definitely put it at $300, and still make great sales, so consider that your price cut.Although if Nintendo did manage to cut it to $199 for the holidays, it sure would put it back on top above the 360 for a while.
