Good ol marijuana should be legalized but should be illegal to buy/sell. I don't want to sit in a prison cause of something i enjoy smoking. I don't drink am very healthy person but have to sit here in fear that ill have to sit in a jail because of someone who doest even know me has a a strange idea. If you don't like marry don't smoke it, tell your own family its evil or whatever. I personally don't buy/sell it from others and should not be prosecuted by a money hungry governments/people.

What? Why should it be illegal to buy/sell but it's perfectly ok to use for recreation? That makes no sense to me. Moreover, you're making it so that folks who need it for medicinal pain relief have to be able to grow their own?I don't smoke pot. I don't much like it and chronic smokers (heh) tend to bug me. I do favor it's legalization though. I have my fine scotch and nice wine. No reason you shouldn't have your bud.

Aha! Now we get down to the real reason for all those other marijuana stories.

Why it should be illegal to buy/sell. well first of all its a weed that grows naturally. If one of these governments especially the one that baby sits the people on this continent (not going to tell which) were to lets say control the buying and selling of this weed then it would be illegal for me to grow. They would make taxes saying i have to pay them to grow or pay them to buy, which in turn would lead to black markets and all that junk. Its not hard to grow and if i feel so i should have every right to grow marry and enjoy without fear. ohh and yes people would have medical marijuana(Todd McCormick), you seem like the kinda person who thinks vegetables don't come from farms, but comes from a store (marijuana doesn't grow, doctors make it?)...

If addicts have to go to a life of crime to support their habit, it's because drugs are so expensive because they are illegal. You need to be consistent: if the problem is addicts turning to crime, you have to make it so they can get their drugs cheaply so they don't turn to crime. In fact, keeping drugs illegal puts your family at risk of being attacked so an addict can support his habit. Is that supposed to be better than addicts smoking 50 cent meth in their appartment and keeping an honest job?

The thing I noticed here in the photos is that Angel has a bag full of cannabis smoke, which is basically cannabinoid filled smokey/gas which she eventually huffs into her lungs. Now, I am sure her intention is that she is trying to medicate herself the "healthiest" way possible. But with a bag that is filled by some sort of invention that burns the cannabis at the right temperature and collects all in the bag -hopefully within seconds!- for future huffing without the butane and other debris one can injest during a heap from a pipe, bong or joint. What could be wrong with this? Well, as being tought in a method that provides Less vegetative matter particulates for the lungs is the Right thing to do, especially if you are truely concered in minimizing the health risks associated with inhailing cannabis. The lesson that is being forgotten is that Cannabinoids come in many stages or go through a natural process of degradation from the Highest possible cannabinoid -genetically produced within a individual plant- down to the lowest form of Cannabinoids, THCV, THC, CBD, CBG, CBN and so on to the end. As mammals our bodies accept the cannabinoids in various tissues and organs, THC having the most radical and noticable effect. Science has tried to strip all other cannabinoids save for THC and put it in a pill, and they found that isnt effective with out the other cannabinoids in combination, in which provides a true medicinal relief to the patient. This is because cannabinoids are like a "Molecular Medicinal Combination", they have an overall better effect when injested in combination of eachother compared to alone by themselves. The purpose to all this being spelled out, is that with cannabinoids being so quick to transform, or degrade into lower forms or cannabinoids within seconds of being heated or burned -or exposed to other environmental elements- and then rapidly into Tars -not exactly similar to ciggarette tar-, this would be the reason NOT to Use Bags or Glass or any HOLDING CELL for cannabis smoke....as it turns quickly into tars that would have a very Low concentration of relative THC but rather lower forms of cannabinoids. Resulting in sleepyness or a plateau'ish feeling compared to a peeking realive high not to mention the consuming of tars, which in any case, arent good for the lungs and usless for the CB1 & CB2 receptor sites. The only way I could see using a Bag or a holding cell to injest Cannabis is that it would be rapidly filled and rapidly inhailed and exhailed within a 3-6 second time frame, anyhing after that would be, well.... A Buzz KillLearn more about Cannabinoids as they have a wealth of medicinal value, and with out those to demify it, there will only be those left to see its true potential and praise it. JAH! "Bill Richardson will be the first presidential candidate ever to advocate medical marijuana "by vocally supporting and signing legislation.""Actually Jimmy Carter vocalized that he was pro-legalization before he was president. But while he was president he got mixed up in a cocaine scandal and so had to come across as being hard on drugs (so the legislation never went through).

Not as large of a percentage of people feel the same way about decriminalization as you may think. Sure, I'm in favor of it, and sure, most of the people I know are also in favor of it, but the largest percentage of voters (unfortunately) are in the 50+ age group, and lots of really old people.More young people need to VOTE!
