Well normally when the stomach expels it's contents due to exercise it's from a lack of blood supply. Almost every single muscle in his body is being used to hold up that amount of weight so blood is being diverted away from other systems to support his muscles. When the stomach has no blood to carry out it's processes the vomit reflex is triggered in his nervous system and with all of the muscles in his core tensed beyond reason the vomit was expelled violently. From reading his post on the subject he also passed out which means the blood was also diverted away from his brain. In essence he glitched his circulatory system out.
