Some types of cancer (ie: the ones that are infection accessible parts (like you can radiate or remove a breast without too much worry) But any internal organ cancer is fatal to this day.

I used to believe that a cure for HIV and AIDS just wouldn't happen, at least not in my lifetime. News like this really brings a lot of hope to things. It seems lately we have been getting much closer to a cure. And I feel now that is at least possible that we will have a cure within the next ten years, maybe... hopefully, keep up the good work.

More likely: ... and then Pfizer bought the cure, and demanded the blood of virgins as payment. (Doubly effective because 99.9 percent of AIDS patients get it from sex, not botched transplants or something)
