treehugger.com — Always hated scrolling down long pages. So I came up with a simple way to design blogs for ease of reading. Very large but somewhat invisible buttons are positioned to the right of each post. You can easily "find" the jumper with your mouse and each click jumps you to the next post. At the bottom, a click takes you to the next page...

Our earlier site had a version of this as well but allowed you to jump up a post as well as jump to the very top or very bottom of the page. This new design focuses on what i think is the most important feature, jumping to the next post. The jumper button is so large that it´s very easy to hit with your mouse (lots of room for error, not finicky). With the jumper, you can easily scan the posts and cruise through multiple pages with ease. The buttons are very subtle in order to not distract from the rest of the design and they are placed to the right such that smaller resolution monitors won´t be able to see them but are able to use the site as per usual. Thanks to the team for making this happen! Federico Slivka designed it, Nick Aster programmed it and the rest of the team helped out in various ways.
