If you can't afford to come here legally, then you can't afford to live here. I'm tired of people cheating the government and tax payers out of money then having 5 kids they can't even afford. It's driving crime in California up. What needs to happen, is Mexico needs to force their own government to do THEIR JOBS instead of leaching on ours.

I'd say this board is about 50% xenophobia, 15% pro-legislation enforcement and 35% Economic concern. Trust me on this. I'm much smarter than most people in here even if it's not apparent in my typing.

I say the more "illegal" immigrants the better. The whole notion of borders is an absurd fantasy. We don't ask migrating birds for their papers, why should we care if someone has a number given to them by some government office?America was founded by stealing land from those who were already hear and then murdering them when they tried to raise a fuss about it. Get over yourself America, your whole damn country is illegal.And personally, I'd love it if everyone spoke multiple languages. Especially if the schools taught it from grade 1, it would make life better for everyone. If you're close to the souther border there are going to be more people speaking Mexican. If you don't like it, then move further north, or better yet, move back to your ancestral land and stop telling other people to get out of America.

Robbery is ILLEGAL taking of property. DUI is ILLEGAL endangerment of those around you. ILLEGAL is ILLEGAL, as against the law. Person who break the law should be punished. Yeah gmarks that's unfortunate, but native Americans (oops, well you know what I mean) deserve to be here because they worked really hard picking their American parents, and being born in the richest country in the world. And every American here, if they were in the situation of your housekeeper, I'm sure would gladly live in the squalor of Mexico than break the law. Sorry we really have to show absolutely no sympathy to illegals who cut in line because if we were in their shoes we would know better than break a law for the pointless benefit of our families.
