this is nothing less than ruthlessness and a sign of things to come. keep your guns near by your going to need them real soon. this melting pot we call a country is about to go down and the people are going to see what it's like to live in slavery.
The feeling of this is police like to torcher black people anyways. If they can get a man out a car that is holdin a hostage at gun point, then you in the hell that can't do the same with a old lady with a hammer come one now. People try and be funny about s**t like that but the truth is the truth!
Wow - how many times do you really need to taser someone that's *in a wheelchair*, though? It seems excessive, and though I'm against suing, I believe the police department erred in this one.

Perhaps it is - but tasing her 10x's within 3 minutes? I don't see how that's the answer.
