Don't waste your breath dude, the vast majority of these guys seem like they enjoy performing fellatio on anything apple. I'm with ya tho, down with these scum suckers.
Why would the police get involved over someones lost phone? Is this the way it is in the US now, your home can be raided over a stolen item that was promtly returned? You guys down there accept whatever you're told now, what happened to the fight for independence and freedom? Apple does have everything to do with it. Someone had to report it stolen to induce that warrant.
FYI, I've never owned an iPod and im still alive. The only Apple products i've bought is an intel macbook and airport router because they both run cross-platform. IPods are good but im not going to marry my music to one product.
Apple knew the phone was missing enough to brick it.Apple could have easily sent it a big fat message saying "Lost from Apple. Huge REWARD. Call 555-1212"They made no effort to get the phone returned. That's the guys way out in court.
OK, log onto some else's facebook with that persons phone and call the number in their profile. The phone you're holding will probably ring...Apple knew the phone was missing enough to brick it.Apple could have easily sent it a big fat message saying "Lost from Apple. Huge REWARD. Call 555-1212"

The phone was bricked before the finder could have mined any usable information off it. He called Apple. Who else was he supposed to call?

Bah, Apple Computers has totally become what they were trying to say they weren't with their 1984 commercials.
