OK...wait a minute! There was a guy a couple of years ago stealing massive amounts of women's panties down at the University of Oregon. Now we have a new guy up at Washington State University doing the same thing and close to the same numbers! What the hell is the deal with Mass-Pantie-Burglars on college campuses here in the Pac-NW!?!? ;) It's the either our world class micro-beers, our world class coffee, or our world class marijuana.
