destructoid.com — A Destructoid forum member recently posted stating that he had got himself a copy of Pok?mon Pearl for the Nintendo DS a few days prior to its official release. Like clockwork, the standard "Pics or it didn't happen" quote came next. But, indeed, there was a pic.

The only colored cartridges were for the GameBoy, GameBoy Color, and GameBoy Advance releases. This time it's just a regular DS cartridge I guess. It's cheaper this way too, they don't need to make two-different plastic cases, just need to change the sticker. :P

I've had it preordered for a while, but I thought it wouldn't be out until tuesday (and I'll be back home for that), so I canceled my preorder and had my brother do it for me back home. Just got a call from EB saying they'd get it in tomorrow...and I'll still be here. Fun.

Microcenter advertised that the duo of games would be available 4/20 (!!!) but of course I went in and they said that "web sites had pushed the game back." The don't put it in your ad, ****s****r. Besides, the official release date has been 4/22 for months. I've got a complaint into their corporate for the false advertising.
