Heh, you should also note that Mccain was fifth in that list. Bush was second. Your insinuations are baseless. Politicians don't control who their contributions are. They gave contributions to pretty much anyone they could see coming out on top so that hopefully they would be remembered down the road. By your logic the University of California, the Nelson Mandella Foundation, and the United Way are also "on the take", and "corrupt".Simply receving money proves nothing. It's proven action on behalf of the money received that equates to political corruption. If you have something of THAT nature, then I'd like to see it.

The Democrats own this completely. The Republicans have been labeled as obstructionists for opposing it.<a class="user" href="http://www.govtrack.us/congress/vote.xpd?vote=h2008-101" rel="nofollow">http://www.govtrack.us/congress/vote.xpd?vote=h200 ...</a><a class="user" href="http://www.govtrack.us/congress/vote.xpd?vote=s2008-213" rel="nofollow">http://www.govtrack.us/congress/vote.xpd?vote=s200 ...</a><a class="user" href="http://www.govtrack.us/congress/vote.xpd?vote=h2009-46" rel="nofollow">http://www.govtrack.us/congress/vote.xpd?vote=h200 ...</a><a class="user" href="http://www.govtrack.us/congress/vote.xpd?vote=s2009-61" rel="nofollow">http://www.govtrack.us/congress/vote.xpd?vote=s200 ...</a>
