Not sure if there is an equal saying in English. But, in Dutch, when someone is choking we often say "stik voorzichtig", which means "choke carefully".

They use the ! symbol in Chinese? I would have imagined they would have come up with their own punctuation marks.

Plus, there are signs all over the Forbidden City, in BeiJing, that read "Slip Carefully!" It's because of the word order in Chinese.
