The list of dumbass mistakes this idiot made are incredible:1. He videotaped himself committing possible sex crimes and then POSTED THEM TO XTUBE, A PUBLIC WEBSITE!2. In these videos he showed his face, and wore clothing that identifies him with his school and locality.3. On the site he posted these videos to, he filled out profile information saying his exact age, location and interests.4. He added titles to his sex videos that indicated exactly what stores and at exactly what malls he was filming at.5. He used the same nickname to do this that he uses on youtube, student.com, and craigslist.Given he did all of this, is there any question as to whether or not he posted these videos from his home IP address? He'll be getting a knock on his door by the end of the week.

It angers me that so many people are so judgmental, liars, and inconsiderate. What's so wrong about masturbation. Warrant the guy did do it in a public place, but was that enough to classify him a rapist, pedophile, etc. The charge is indecent exposure. And if you had any sense one would question what's indecent or how can someone decide what's immoral for me? People go around making cruel assumptions as if they've never had sex or masturbated. The worst of it, is that some a-hole went and posted someones phone # and other personal information. There are far more serious/actual crimes that stripe the rights of one like Sept. 11 or who killed Nicole Brown than a guy who masturbates discreetly in public that need searching. I'm sure after realizing the magnitude of the situation, as well as the hostility people hold toward nudity this guy won't react this situation or at least in a mall. Adios!
