You're rite about this not being DRM but it still sucks that you can only download your stuff twice.

@ocirisThey are more so. The BSA is the software police for the big players of the industry. Most individuals don't know about them because they target bigger fish than you and me.You are right that they don't sue as often usually they settle with organizations. Businesses don't want the bad press and the BSA doesn't want the legal fees. I personally know 4 organizations this has happened to, but I'm in the IT industry so I see it more than most.
