While the science isn't perfect, it's a really great piece of internet art, and a lot of fun. I just left a message for the bad plant. Listening to the feed is pretty sweet too, a nice easy iTunes playlist.

There's a very interesting book called, "The Secret Life Of Plants" that aims to show plants have feelings. The "bigger picture" point is that everything is connected. This "experiment" is far too unscientific to be considered anything other than an Internet gimmick.

Its totally not meant to be a scientific experiment. Its more of an Internet community social experiment than a botany one. Just think of the consequences when someone yells at the good plant, or says nice things to the bad plant! Its more about the viewers/listeners than the plants themselves.
