torrentfreak.com — The Pirate Bay has successfully appealed the decision of an Italian judge who had ordered ISPs to block access to the popular BitTorrent tracker last month. The Court of Bergamo decided that this block was unlawful, and that Italian users should regain access to the site.

...I was in Bergamo today and this might explain the reason of that group of guys with the Pirate Bay logo on their t-shirts (the one with a cassette tape and the bones) I've seen at the train station... Way to go TPB!
