Not returning a cart from the parking lot to the "cart bay" inside the store may be a form of laziness, but it's not really anything that the customer isn't entitled to be lazy about. The employees of the store who are tasked with gathering the carts get paid to bring these carts in. That's part of their job. Quite frankly, if you're a cart pusher and you're getting pissed off because a customer didn't return the cart, I would submit that you are the person who is lazy because you're actually GETTING PAID to move those carts back. Yeah, it's NICE to return the cart to the store to help the employees out. But, you're the one getting paid to return the carts. In fact, calling me lazy for not returning the carts, I might be more inclined to purposefully not be nice in the future about it.
