Yeah, Ibuprofen AKA Advil is quite a bit better. From what I've heard, it actually brings down imflamation rather than just masking it. Safer to use + and has always worked better for me.
Now that the Digg effect has passed I can see that there is some good info on the site. There are still to many silly PS tutorials that make the digg front page but this one isn't one. +Dugg
