Does this really need to be explained again? Digg is a *social bookmarking* site. You digg a story you want to read and come back to read it later. If you do not like it, you un-digg it (though, probably many people do not bother to un-digg). Easy enough.
I really like how the pictures are managed to be taken from exactly the same spot. like you could overlap the photos and whatever was there in the 30's, lines up perfectly with the photos from the 90's.
