reuters.com — LIMA, June 19 (Reuters) - Peru's indigenous movement, which was dormant for years, has burst to life and could become a powerful political force like those in Andean neighbors Ecuador and Bolivia.A coalition of tribes in Peru's Amazon rain forest led months of blockades that turned into bloody clashes with police and forced Congress to overturn

You seriously doubt what?I seriously doubt that you have a clue about anything in South America. The "uneducated in the ways of the world" Indians now run Bolivia. Indigenous groups are getting increasingly sophisticated.Read the history of the Ralco Dam in Chile and how the Mapuches handled that. I guarantee that the indigenous movement will now change the politics in Peru as thoroughly as they did in Bolivia. And Correa had better watch his step in Ecuador or he will be shown the door as well.Comment is buried, click here to see the rest.

Where - where he says he owns property there? That is setting oneself up as an expert ?The debate ? What debate ?So defending NoLibertarians is the same thing as defending statism Israel and the war machine as well as stifling debate by using snide rejoinders ? All that ? Pardon me.

It sounds like a statement that he is knowledgeable about the subject, in other words he makes the claim that he is an authority on the subject.

cafer said: ' tzvika said: "NoLibertarians set himself up as an authority on South America ? Where - where he says he owns property there? That is setting oneself up as an expert ?" ' But caferrel - I was not _saying_ that first sentence. I was _quoting_you_. And the remainder was not me _saying_ something. It was me _asking_you_ something. Then cafer said: ' What does "I know all about it son" mean to you? It sounds like a statement that he is knowledgeable about the subject, in other words he makes the claim that he is an authority on the subject. 'Come on caferrel - do you really want to play semantic games ? Let me parse that statement for you and you can tell me where you agree and where you disagree:" I know all about it " - I am knowledgeable about the matter" son " - probably used as a term of endearment toward someone of tenderer years than he is.In context - NoLibertarians was talking about that coalition of tribes in Peru's Amazon rain forest mentioned in the description to the article being pretty uneducated in the ways of the world.Do you really think that means that he is setting himself up as an expert ? No one is forcing you to take his advice are they ?And leave me out of your arguments with others okay ? I do not ask you to defend some of the more ' outrageous ' statements that your mutual friends make do I ? ?Vaya con Dios chicito!PS - I do not enterrar a caferrel all the time and we have never discussed enterraring caferrell at any of las reuniones that nosostros have.

Everyone of legal voting age has an equal right to vote in Peru. In fact, voting is mandatory. However, anyone who knows the problems of Peru knows that there is a serious lack of education in the Highlands and the jungle. Vigilatism and rioting are common among them. Also, because they are so poor, they are easily manipulated by chavistas into protesting. Most of the population of Peru is urban; in fact, 1/3 live in a single city. Making a comparison of Peru and Bolivia is retarded.I find it very interesting that NoLibs, who maybe has ever been to Peru, knows more about Peru than Caff, who purports to be from Chile iirc.I live part of the year in Peru, and have done so since the mid-90's. Now be quiet about racism, child.
